Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping a large warehouse operation running smoothly while developing the people around you. From compiling performance reports to partnering with customers, your day-to-day work touches every corner of the operation.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of supervisors and indirect reports through coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, labour plans, and standardized processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, proactively building a culture of safety awareness across the site
- Compile and analyze comprehensive KPI reports — including productivity and accuracy metrics — to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork
- Partner with HR and site leadership on the hiring process for supervisors, providing input on candidate selection aligned with organizational values
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Engage with customers directly to address concerns proactively and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of logistics industry experience (required)
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role (required)
- P&L management experience, including objective setting and project management (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency
