About the Role: Operations Clerk
As an Operations Clerk at DHL Supply Chain, you’ll provide essential clerical and administrative support to the assigned location. From coding delivery manifests and preparing billing documents to inputting delivery data and handling owner/operator settlement issues, this role keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with dispatch teams, department managers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely information flow throughout the facility.

Benefits and Salary
This role pays $23.50 per hour. Responsibilities
Day to day, the Operations Clerk works across several key administrative and operational functions that keep the facility’s logistics running accurately and on time. Whether you’re reconciling delivery data, supporting the dispatch team, or communicating with customers, every task directly supports DHL’s commitment to reliable, efficient supply chain operations.
- Code delivery manifests and prepare accurate billing documentation
- Compile statistical information from manifest data and prepare related reports
- Input delivery information into computer systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with dispatching as needed to support daily operations
- Handle owner/operator settlement problems and related inquiries
- Contact customers to confirm delivery details and address questions
- Check postponements and cancellations against the delivery manifest
- Prepare purchase orders for signature by department managers
- Answer telephones and type correspondence for the department
- Maintain department files in an organized and accessible manner
Requirements / Skills
