As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, your day revolves around fulfilling online orders from start to finish. You’ll move through different temperature zones in the store, selecting fresh and high-quality products, packing totes efficiently, and ensuring every order is accurate before it’s on its way to the customer. Attention to detail is key — you’ll be confirming product codes, quantities, and completing all necessary labels and documentation.

Beyond order picking, you’ll also support customers directly on the floor and contribute to a safe and clean work environment. You’ll follow food hygiene standards, perform safety checks on equipment, and help maintain overall store operations. The role involves physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.15 per hour.
