About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is making sure online orders are picked and packed accurately and on time. You’ll work across different temperature zones to gather products, confirm quantities, and prepare shipments — all while maintaining Walmart’s high standards for product quality and food hygiene.

Beyond the fulfilment tasks themselves, you’ll also interact with customers on the floor and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work area. You’ll follow established safety procedures, operate equipment responsibly, and bring a flexible, positive attitude to every shift — including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities

Day to day, this role is all about keeping online orders moving accurately and efficiently from shelf to customer. You’ll be working across the store — pulling products from various temperature areas, packing totes, and making sure every order meets Walmart’s standards before it leaves the store. These responsibilities are central to delivering the seamless online shopping experience that customers count on.

  • Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
  • Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
  • Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items to maintain order accuracy
  • Complete required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
  • Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
  • Support customers during fulfilment tasks by providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
  • Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks on each shift
  • Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
