Walmart Canada’s Winnipeg location at Unicity Mall is looking for an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join their retail team. The OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is at the centre of Walmart Canada’s online order operations. You’ll move through the store with purpose — selecting high-quality items, confirming product codes, completing documentation like pick slips and shipping labels, and packing totes efficiently to make the best use of space. Every order you process contributes directly to a customer’s experience with Walmart.

Beyond fulfillment tasks, you’ll also interact with customers when needed and collaborate with your team to resolve issues on the spot. Flexibility is key — shifts span mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, including weekends and holidays. Physical readiness matters too, as the role involves standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. on occasion.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.15 per hour. • Balance fulfillment tasks with customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when they arise
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction
