Responsibilities

• Role model for team members by demonstrating enthusiasm and a strong commitment to guest service

• Support the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new team members as needed
• Uphold operational standards throughout your shift, including during peak lunch service periods

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of supervisory experience in the quick service or food service industry, along with a genuine passion for people — both guests and teammates. Tim Hortons values leaders who are proactive, communicative, and committed to helping their team grow.
