Tim Hortons in Timmins, Ontario is looking for a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join their team at the 400 Algonquin Blvd E location. About the Role: Food Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 to 10 staff members who prepare and portion food. Your days will involve coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and making sure the restaurant runs like clockwork from open to close.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, the Food Service Supervisor keeps the restaurant operating efficiently by managing staff, maintaining supply levels, and ensuring quality control standards are met at every step. These responsibilities are central to delivering a consistent guest experience and a well-run kitchen.

• Establish methods and schedules to meet daily work demands and keep shifts running on time
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food throughout each shift
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety protocols
• Hire food service staff as needed to maintain adequate team coverage
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure inventory is always stocked appropriately
• Ensure that food and service consistently meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage for operational tracking
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management
