About the Role: Full-Time Overnight Associate

As a Full-Time Overnight Associate at Walmart Summerside, your primary focus is on the flow of merchandise from the receiving dock to the sales floor. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets, labelling products, and stocking shelves — all while preparing the store for opening. The overnight shift places a stronger emphasis on backroom binning, labelling, and stocking compared to day or evening fulfillment roles.

Safety is a core part of this role. You’ll be expected to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment by following Walmart’s company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring all displays and fixtures are properly secured throughout your shift.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.15 per hour. Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening each morning

• Unload trailers and process incoming merchandise efficiently
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Label merchandise and place products accurately in backroom bins
• Stock the sales floor as directed and assist customers when needed
• Label the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
