Responsibilities

The day-to-day work of a Stock Unloader Associate is active and varied. From the moment your shift starts, you’re contributing directly to how well the store serves its customers — handling product with care, keeping workspaces organized, and supporting your team to hit targets accurately and on time.

  • Unload and process incoming merchandise from trailers and move pallets to the sales floor in a timely and organized manner
  • Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with accuracy to support on-time delivery

  • Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels, to maintain order accuracy and traceability
  • Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards throughout
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures, clean spills promptly, and ensure totes and work areas are clean before and after use
  • Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks as part of every shift
