About the Role: Front End Checkout Team Associate

As a Front End Checkout Team Associate, your day-to-day work centres on processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, welcoming presence at the register. You’ll assist customers with bagging and loading their merchandise, promote company-sponsored programs like credit card services and charity initiatives, and help educate shoppers on self-checkout tools.

Attention to register security and cash handling integrity is an important part of this position, as is following safe work practices — including proper lifting techniques and keeping your work area clean and organized. When situations arise that require escalation, you’ll refer customers to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead as appropriate.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.15 per hour.
