About the Role: Food Service Supervisor
As a Food Service Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of 3 to 4 people, including food and beverage servers, counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers. Your job is to keep the team organized and on schedule — from establishing work schedules and methods to making sure every tray is assembled and delivered correctly. You’ll also handle ordering supplies, maintaining stock records, and preparing reports to keep management informed.
Beyond the day-to-day logistics, you’ll play an important role in training staff on their duties, sanitation practices, and safety procedures. You’ll address customer complaints with professionalism, maintain high quality control standards for food and service, and help prepare budget and cost estimates when needed.

This position offers a wage of $18.75 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the person who keeps the kitchen and front-of-house operations moving in sync. From training new team members to resolving customer concerns, your day will involve a mix of leadership, communication, and attention to detail that ensures the location runs at its best.
