About the Role: Food Service Supervisor
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons Kelowna, you’ll oversee a team of 11 to 15 food service counter attendants and food preparers, coordinating their activities to ensure efficient service delivery throughout every shift. Your day will include establishing work methods, estimating ingredient and supply needs, and addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
This is an on-site position operating across a variety of shifts including early mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, so the ability to stay composed under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage — as well as preparing and submitting reports — rounds out the administrative side of the role.

Responsibilities
