Responsibilities

As a Lead at Apple Retail Montreal, your day-to-day involves being present on the floor, guiding team members, and keeping both operations and customer interactions running at their best. These responsibilities are central to the store’s performance and the overall Apple customer experience.

  • Attend to time-sensitive team member feedback, questions, and concerns, escalating issues to Store Leadership as appropriate
  • Address operational needs including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings a mix of retail or sales experience and a genuine passion for developing others. Apple is looking for someone who is comfortable making decisions on the fly, communicates clearly with different audiences, and leads with both confidence and empathy.

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store
  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience that demonstrates customer-facing competence
  • Experience mentoring or leading others, whether in a personal or professional context
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in written and spoken French is required if the role is based in Quebec (sign language supported)
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve performance goals through open dialogue, collaboration, and recognition
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to settle differences in productive, constructive ways
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without close supervision
