About the Role: Food Counter Attendant

As a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons Kindersley, your day-to-day work covers a wide range of tasks. You’ll be preparing, heating, and finishing food items, serving guests at the counter, packaging take-out orders, and maintaining the flow of service during busy periods. You’ll also operate both manual and electrical kitchen appliances, portion and wrap foods, and help keep refrigerators and serving areas stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders accurately using a cash register

• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, cupboards, and equipment
• Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand when needed
• Remove garbage and trash and handle cleaning products safely
• Sweep and mop floors, clean tables, trays, and chairs throughout the shift
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
