About the Role: Food Counter Attendant

As a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons Eagle Ridge, your day-to-day will centre on delivering quick, accurate service while keeping the front and back areas stocked and organized. You’ll use both manual and electrical appliances to prepare and handle food, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that everything served meets the brand’s standards for freshness and quality.

This is an on-site, permanent full-time position with consistent hours in a structured team environment. Benefits and Salary

This position offers a wage of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour (to be negotiated), with approximately 30 hours per week. Employees receive a benefits package that includes a dental plan, disability benefits, and a health care plan.

Responsibilities

As a Food Counter Attendant, you’ll be involved in nearly every aspect of the customer-facing operation. Your responsibilities keep the line moving efficiently and ensure guests receive fresh, well-prepared items every time they visit.

• Keep records of the quantities of food used to support inventory tracking
• Package take-out food accurately and efficiently
• Portion and wrap foods according to established standards
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items for service
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a friendly, efficient approach
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain product availability
• Take customers’ orders accurately and process them in a timely manner
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
