Enterprise Support Manager – Amazon Web Services – Vancouver, BC
Location: Vancouver, BC | Company: Amazon
Based in Vancouver, BC, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an Enterprise Support Manager to join their ES-NAMER-Canada team. This is a leadership role built for someone who genuinely enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with enterprise customers, and guiding a team through the full spectrum of cloud-based technical challenges. If you’ve managed technical teams, held senior customer-facing roles, or have a background in systems, networking, or web development — AWS wants to hear from you.
This position puts you at the intersection of people leadership, executive-level customer engagement, and cloud technology. You’ll be working with some of the world’s most prominent companies, helping them succeed on the AWS platform while mentoring your team and shaping support processes from the inside out. Some travel is involved — up to 25% — so a degree of flexibility and comfort with being on the move is part of the deal.
About the Role: Enterprise Support Manager
As an Enterprise Support Manager at AWS Canada, your primary responsibility is leading a team that delivers high-quality technical support to enterprise clients. You’ll be working directly with senior executives including VPs and C-suite leaders, making relationship management and executive communication central to your day-to-day. Your team will handle issues spanning full application stacks — from Linux and Windows systems all the way up to custom applications — as well as network engineering (Layer 3 and above) and web services integration.
Beyond the technical side, this role has a strong focus on process improvement and operational leadership. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities to strengthen support workflows, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and help build a team culture that reflects AWS’s inclusive, curious, and high-performance values. Collaboration, mentorship, and a commitment to work-life balance are built into how AWS operates.
