About the Role: Electronics/Majors Sales Assistant

As an Electronics/Majors Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for members browsing everything from televisions and laptops to large appliances. Your job is to guide members through their options, answer their questions clearly, and help them load their selections onto their carts. Responsibilities

Working on the sales floor in a high-traffic warehouse environment means no two days are the same. From product demonstrations to stocking shelves and maintaining displays, this role requires both people skills and physical engagement in equal measure.

  • Assist members with questions, product demonstrations, and loading merchandise onto their carts
  • Stay current on technology trends and product specs by reading industry publications and hands-on experimentation
  • Communicate with the Area Manager about merchandise quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and promotions
  • Maintain displays by setting up, cleaning, facing, and restocking product to uphold merchandising standards
  • Process member returns by checking and approving returned products
  • Verify signage accuracy and create signs as needed for the department
  • Participate in merchandise moves and work alongside forklift drivers to stock product in the aisles
  • Manage security lock-up, clear debris from the sales floor, and sweep the area
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as required

Requirements / Skills
