About the Role: Early Morning Preload
As part of the Preload team at UPS Kamloops, your primary job is to make sure packages are correctly loaded, unloaded, and sorted so deliveries can go out on time every day. You’ll be learning and applying UPS package handling methods, working with trailers and package cars, and performing a variety of tasks as needed throughout your shift.

Working on the Early Morning Preload shift means your contributions directly impact UPS’s ability to deliver on time. Every task you complete — from loading a trailer to scanning a package — keeps the supply chain running smoothly for customers across the region.
- Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars accurately and efficiently
- Learn and apply UPS package handling methods and best practices
- Sort and stock packages according to delivery routes and destinations
- Operate heavy machinery as required to complete warehouse tasks
- Perform additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment
Requirements / Skills
UPS is looking for candidates who are physically capable, dependable, and ready to commit to an early morning schedule.
