Responsibilities
The Debrief Coordinator role covers several interconnected areas of facility operations. Each day brings a mix of driver debriefing, shipment reconciliation, technology management, and vehicle coordination — all of which are essential to keeping the Richmond facility running on time and in compliance.
- Conduct driver debriefs in person upon arrival at the facility, including mobile debriefs when applicable
- Audit shipments to ensure all items are accounted for and report any discrepancies promptly
- Verify debrief tool checkpoints including deliveries and pickups, and address non-compliance issues directly with drivers
- Reconcile On-Road Undeliverable (ORU) shipments and update ECIS and AQCC records accordingly
- Review GPS/Geotab tracking data against debrief information to identify and investigate unscheduled stops
- Review and verify invoices through OPMS/Debrief tools, ensuring accurate and timely submissions with all columns properly completed
- Distribute and track scanners and keys, managing charging, troubleshooting, repairs, and returns
- Coordinate fleet management tasks including collecting vehicle keys, following up on maintenance and repairs, and maintaining an inventory of vehicle equipment
- File and distribute reports such as YVR/YSR/YVC Collection Reports, Exceptional Reports, and Debrief Reports via email
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace ensuring all supplies, files, and equipment are properly stored and easily accessible
Requirements / Skills
