About the Role: Dairy Frozen Associate

As a Dairy/Frozen Associate, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of one of the store’s highest-traffic departments. That means keeping shelves stocked, products properly rotated, and the department clean and organized so it’s always customer-ready. You’ll follow established cold chain and food safety protocols, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, and proper handling of perishable goods.

Beyond stocking, you’ll support pricing accuracy, signage, and inventory procedures, including markups, markdowns, and clearance processes. Safety and cleanliness are central to the role — you’ll be expected to keep your work area hazard-free and comply with all company policies and Health and Safety guidelines. The schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, so flexibility is key.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.15 per hour. • Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, product rotation, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain merchandising features to support promotional execution and department standards
• Keep the work area safe and clean by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items in line with company policies and Health and Safety guidelines
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support consistent store operations

Requirements / Skills
