Modular Team Associate – Walmart Canada – Toronto, ON

Walmart Canada is looking for a Modular Team Associate to join the team at their Toronto location on Lawrence Ave W. About the Role: Modular Team Associate

As a Modular Team Associate, your primary focus is on planogram execution and merchandising accuracy. You’ll be responsible for setting Home Office Bought Features, printing modular labels, reviewing floor plans, and making sure every product ends up in the right place with the right signage. Accuracy and attention to detail are central to this work.

Beyond the modular work itself, you’ll play an active part in maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This includes completing safety sweep logs, securing displays and fixtures, and following Walmart Canada’s health and safety policies. You’ll work as part of a store team where communication and reliability matter just as much as the physical tasks themselves.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $18.05 per hour. Responsibilities

The core of this role is planogram execution — making sure product displays match the approved floor plan, are correctly signed, and are fully stocked. These responsibilities directly shape the customer experience and keep store operations on track.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring all displays and fixtures are properly secured
• Set modular Home Office Bought Features and merchandise non-basic items according to the planogram
• Print modular labels and review floor plans to confirm accuracy before and after execution
• Finalize modulars in the system through the aisle location attachment process and ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Inspect and replace fixtures and supplies as required to maintain proper shelf presentation
• Apply correct signage as dictated by the modular (e.g., beanies and other labelling tools)

• Minimum age of 18 is required for this position

• Physical ability to perform hands-on stocking and merchandising tasks throughout a shift
