About the Role: Overnight Associate

The Overnight Associate position at Walmart Wetaskiwin is focused on the flow of merchandise from receiving through to the sales floor. You’ll be unloading trailers, processing freight, and ensuring shelves are stocked, signed, and ready for store opening. What sets this role apart from day or evening fulfillment is the stronger emphasis on labelling merchandise and placing products into backroom bins before stocking.

You’ll be working as part of a team that strategically plans and executes overnight duties based on workload and operational needs. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities

As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Wetaskiwin, your shift is all about making the store ready before customers arrive. You’ll be handling freight, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, signed, and properly set up — all while working efficiently as part of a coordinated overnight team.

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening each shift
• Set, merchandise, and sign product features and displays
• Unload trailers and complete live unloading of various merchandise types
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Label and stock merchandise into backroom bins with a strong emphasis on accurate placement
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Label the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
