About the Role: Overnight Associate

As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Winnipeg, your primary focus is on merchandise flow — from the moment trailers arrive to the moment products land on the sales floor. Unlike day or evening shifts, this role places a stronger emphasis on backroom stocking, labelling, and bin placement, giving you a more hands-on role in how the store is organized and prepared each morning.

You’ll be expected to work within a team that plans and executes overnight tasks based on workload and operational priorities. Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace is a key part of this position, and you’ll be expected to follow company policies and procedures throughout your shift — including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15 per hour.
