This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you’ll work across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and Support to ensure AWS teams are aligned and delivering real outcomes for enterprise customers. From co-designing cloud migration strategies to leading executive briefings and innovation summits, your work will directly shape how major retail and consumer goods companies evolve in the cloud.

About the Role: Customer Success Manager (Transformation Advisor)

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for accelerating customers’ adoption of AWS cloud services and emerging AI technologies. You’ll work backwards from customer milestones, translating high-level strategic account plans into concrete, executable actions. Whether you’re advising a CFO on a complex AI business case or aligning a cross-functional stakeholder group on a critical workload migration, you’ll need to operate equally well in the boardroom and the project war room.

Collaboration and cross-functional leadership are central to this role. You’ll serve as a peer leader across internal AWS teams while building deep trust with customer executives and technologists alike. Strong governance frameworks, structured delivery mechanisms, and a customer-first mindset are the hallmarks of success in this position. You don’t need to build cloud infrastructure yourself — but you need to understand it well enough to earn the respect of the engineers who do.
