Responsibilities
This role covers a broad range of logistics and customer-facing tasks. From order management to issue resolution, every responsibility contributes directly to the efficiency of the supply chain and the satisfaction of Hillebrand Gori’s clients.
- Manage customer logistics operations to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain processes
- Process and update customer orders in the system, keeping records current and reliable
- Verify shipments, pricing, and invoices; create and distribute reports as needed
- Handle and resolve issues or exceptions raised by customers or internal teams promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records; respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Support the sales team with quotes, billing corrections, and account information requests
- Coordinate with internal teams — customer service, warehouse, dispatch, and drivers — to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Build and maintain customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and follow up on recurring issues
- Identify ongoing process inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
Requirements / Skills
