About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist at the Yorkdale location, you’ll serve as both a brand ambassador and a trusted guide throughout the customer journey. From the first conversation in the showroom to the final delivery orientation, you’ll be responsible for creating an experience that matches the innovation behind the product itself. Your day-to-day will involve engaging guests, understanding their needs, and tailoring their Tesla experience accordingly.

Responsibilities

In this role, every interaction matters. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating meaningful connections with guests and ensuring they leave with both knowledge and enthusiasm about Tesla’s products. These responsibilities span the full customer journey—from the first handshake to delivery day.

  • Greet and engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
  • Understand customer needs through meaningful conversation, building a personalized profile that includes their purchase intent and timeline
  • Inspire and educate guests by answering questions and curating tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations
  • Lead delivery orientations that highlight key vehicle features, ensuring new owners feel confident and excited about their Tesla
  • Support sales pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all current and future Tesla owners throughout their journey
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the showroom’s business needs

Requirements / Skills

  • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
