Customer Experience Specialist – Tesla – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Tesla
Tesla’s Toronto showroom is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can bring the brand’s mission to life — one conversation at a time. This is a front-line role that sits at the intersection of sales, education, and customer service, guiding people through one of the most significant purchases they’ll ever make. If you’re genuinely excited about electric vehicles and sustainable energy, this is a role worth exploring.
From welcoming walk-in guests to conducting vehicle delivery orientations, you’ll be the face of Tesla in the showroom. You’ll answer technical questions, arrange demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations, and build meaningful connections with customers at every stage of their journey.
About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your day revolves around making sure every person who walks through the door — or takes delivery of their new Tesla — leaves feeling informed and confident. You’ll engage guests in personalized conversations, build customer profiles, and match each visitor with the right product experience based on their needs and timeline.
This role also has a sales component: you’ll support pipeline health by capturing guest information and identifying high-intent buyers. Because this position is based in Ontario, you’ll need to hold (or be eligible to obtain) a motor vehicle salesperson licence issued by the Ontario provincial regulator — this is a condition of employment.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers a workplace centred around innovation and purpose. While specific compensation details aren’t listed in this posting, Tesla is known for offering competitive packages in the retail and automotive sectors. Benefits details would be discussed during the hiring process.
