About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla in Toronto, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest. You’ll educate visitors on Tesla’s full product lineup, build customer profiles to match people with the right vehicle, and ensure new owners leave feeling confident and excited. In this role, your day-to-day work centres on building real connections with customers and guiding them through one of the most significant purchases they’ll make. - Welcome and engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, creating an environment where they feel comfortable and valued
- Build customer profiles through meaningful conversation to understand what brought them in, their timeline, and their interest in Tesla vehicles
- Educate and inspire guests by answering questions and curating tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations
- Conduct delivery orientations that highlight key features and benefits, ensuring new owners feel confident and excited about their vehicle
- Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and existing Tesla owners at every touchpoint

Requirements / Skills

- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — along with high attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage customer data and interactions effectively
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s licence (Canadian) is required
- Motor vehicle salesperson licence/certificate issued by the Ontario provincial regulator — this is a condition of employment for this role
