Customer Experience Specialist – Tesla – Dieppe, New Brunswick
Location: Halifax, NS | Company: Tesla
Tesla’s showroom in Dieppe, New Brunswick is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who genuinely loves connecting with people and is enthusiastic about the future of sustainable transportation. This is a front-line role where you’ll be the face of the brand — greeting guests, guiding them through the Tesla lineup, and making sure every vehicle delivery feels as memorable as the car itself.
From the moment a customer walks through the showroom door to the day they drive away in their new Tesla, you’ll be there at every step. Whether it’s arranging demo drives, walking someone through Full Self-Driving capabilities, or conducting a thorough delivery orientation, your goal is to make the entire experience as impressive as the product.
About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll engage walk-in guests with warmth and purpose — learning about their needs, matching them with the right Tesla model, and building genuine connections that turn curious visitors into confident owners. You’ll work across both the sales and delivery sides of the customer journey, maintaining a full picture of where each customer is in their buying process.
This role also requires solid organizational skills and comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, as you’ll be logging guest information, scheduling test drives, and supporting the broader sales pipeline. You’ll work in a retail environment that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, so flexibility is essential.

Tesla offers a competitive total compensation package that reflects its position as a leader in the electric vehicle industry. While specific salary figures for this role were not listed in the posting, employees at Tesla typically benefit from a robust package that may include health and wellness coverage, employee stock purchase options, and access to ongoing professional development within a globally recognized company.
