Job Summary & Tips for Applying
Quick Summary & What to Highlight: The CREDITs Processing Analyst contract at DHL Express in Brampton involves managing customs credits submissions to the CBSA, auditing data batches, and resolving data discrepancies for top customers. Candidates should put data management skills and Excel proficiency front of mind on their resume, as both are directly tied to the auditing and batch-checking duties this role requires.
Resume & Application Tips: The posting specifically calls out strong Excel skills to check and audit batches, so your resume should name Excel explicitly and describe how you’ve used it for data review or reconciliation. If you’ve worked with customs data, tariff tables, or any regulatory submissions, spell that out in concrete terms. A line such as “audited 200+ weekly shipment records in Excel, reducing data errors by 15%” shows the kind of work this role involves. List any experience coordinating with multiple departments or external clients, as the role requires both.
Interview Preparation: Be ready to walk through a real example of how you caught and resolved a data error under a deadline, since the posting asks for attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Prepare to speak to how you’ve adapted to a new process or system, given that the posting explicitly asks for someone motivated to learn and adapt to new assignments. Since pay and exact daily schedule are not stated in the posting, it’s worth asking about those when the opportunity comes up in the interview.
