This is an afternoon shift role running Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering consistent hours and a competitive hourly wage of $22.00. About the Role: Case Selector

As a Case Selector, your primary responsibility is accurate and efficient case picking using a single pallet jack. You’ll be assembling merchandise, transporting orders to shipping areas, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift. Precision and consistency are key — getting the right products to the right place, every time.

You’ll also support physical inventory counts, follow good manufacturing procedures, and uphold DHL’s high standards for workplace safety. This is a role that rewards reliability and attention to detail, and where your contributions directly impact how smoothly the entire supply chain operates.

Responsibilities

As a Case Selector at DHL’s Brantford facility, your day-to-day work centres on accurate order picking and safe product handling. Every task you carry out directly supports the accuracy and timeliness of customer shipments across the supply chain.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected for each shipment
• Assemble merchandise of various types in preparation for outbound shipment
• Transport orders to designated shipping locations using a single pallet jack
• Assist with physical inventories to support accurate stock management
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with safety and housekeeping standards
• Follow good manufacturing procedures to ensure quality and compliance throughout operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience operating a single pallet jack — this is a non-negotiable requirement
