  • Prepare cheesecakes by removing them from baking pans, placing on cake pads, applying toppings, and garnishing per Costco formulas
  • Operate equipment including a whipping cream machine
  • Slice fresh fruit for application to baked products
  • Assemble and box cakes in cardboard cake boxes and transfer to cooler, freezer, or wrapping area as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the decorating area and follow all safety and security procedures throughout the shift
  • Support the bakery team with additional duties and assist in other warehouse areas as required
