About the Role: Baker

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage ovens, baking product to specification and removing finished goods to cooling racks at the right time; feed dough into automated dough machines
  • Uphold food safety standards by monitoring sanitation, temperatures, and pull dates in compliance with health codes
  • Follow department production procedures to maintain quality and consistency across all finished bakery products
  • Provide prompt and courteous member service as part of day-to-day bakery operations
  • Assist with other bakery duties and support other areas of the warehouse as needed
