About the Role: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator
In this role, you’ll take ownership of frontline recruitment across Canada, covering salaried Sales positions, hourly Operations roles, and Customer Service hiring. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal departments to ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact all the way through to onboarding.
Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you’ll help drive DHL’s Campus Recruitment Strategy, represent the brand at job fairs throughout the GTA and across Canada, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that make the TA function more efficient and effective. This is a collaborative role where strong communication in both English and French is essential.

Responsibilities
This role covers the full recruitment lifecycle for DHL Canada, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience, stakeholder collaboration, and operational coordination. You’ll be the key connector between candidates, hiring managers, and HR — making sure every step of the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Own frontline recruitment across Canada including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service positions
- Write and edit job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Organize and facilitate DHL job fairs as needed to support business recruitment needs
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels, managing all logistics including rooms and video conferencing
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post positions and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Complete reference checks, background checks, and Denied Party screening prior to new hire start dates
- Own DHL’s Campus Recruitment Strategy and maintain relationships with university and college program coordinators
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with internal departments
- Support HR communications and assist with upskilling workshops for leaders and employees
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements / Skills
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in HR or a related field, along with genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and people processes. DHL values individuals who are organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders in a bilingual environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Bilingual in English and French — both written and oral communication required
- Strong customer service skills with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS such as Avature is an asset
- Understanding of digitalization tools such as Power Automate is considered an asset
