Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Tesla’s North America Service team. Each responsibility ties directly into building a high-quality talent pipeline that supports Tesla’s rapid growth and long-term mission.
- Review internal and external applications to identify strong candidates efficiently
- Conduct passive candidate searches using creative and non-traditional sourcing approaches
- Interview candidates and assess their fit against role requirements and Tesla’s culture
- Act as a consultative recruiting partner to internal hiring clients
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear, consistent communication
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and client relationships simultaneously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
