You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, handling queries, coordinating with internal departments, and working closely with your supervisor to continuously sharpen your approach. As you settle in, the role evolves to include account reactivation, onboarding, and management of small-sized business clients.
This is a hybrid work environment combining in-office days at the Lachine location with remote work flexibility. You’ll have access to commercial tools designed to support pipeline management and revenue growth, along with a structured training program to become a Certified International Specialist and complete the “Sell Like Never Before” program.

DHL Express offers a lucrative uncapped performance-based commission structure with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $60,000 to $100,000. Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day work centres on outbound prospecting, client relationship management, and revenue generation across Canada’s B2B landscape. You’ll be the bridge between DHL Express and businesses of all industries, helping clients unlock the value of international express shipping solutions.
- Qualify prospects using the CRM system through telephone, email, and online platforms — Canada-wide with no industry restrictions
- Promote DHL Express services to both new prospects and existing clients to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all queries and issues are handled appropriately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments on lead initiatives to ensure a seamless client experience
- Collaborate with your supervisor on a regular basis to receive feedback and refine your sales approach
- Reactivate, onboard, and manage small-sized business accounts that use DHL Express services 3–6 times per year
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work with various sales channels to increase service frequency
- Manage your sales pipeline using commercial tools to maximize revenue and set up new businesses within DHL Express
Requirements / Skills
