About the Role: Bilingual Business Development Representative
Starting out, you’ll be using DHL’s CRM system to qualify prospects, promote DHL Express services to new and existing clients, and act as a point of contact for client queries and issues. You’ll coordinate with internal departments on lead initiatives and work closely with your supervisor for regular feedback and coaching. Over time, the role expands into account management — re-activating, onboarding, and managing small-sized business accounts with the goal of increasing service frequency and revenue.
Success in this role requires strong pipeline management skills, the ability to identify growth opportunities, and a collaborative approach when working with different sales channels across the organization. You’ll have access to a Certified International Specialist training program and a “Sell Like Never Before” sales training program to sharpen your skills and strategies.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Business Development Representative at DHL Express, your core focus will be generating new business and supporting existing accounts across Canada.
