About the Role: Workspace Sales Specialist, Renewals

As a Workspace Sales Specialist focused on renewals, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing Google’s existing customer base by delivering genuine business value. You’ll demonstrate product functionality, develop business cases for transformation, and manage a pipeline of renewal and expansion opportunities within an overlay model to the Field Sales organization. Your work will directly contribute to quarterly growth goals for the Google Workspace business unit.

For Canadian applicants, the base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $122,000–$125,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location, skills, and experience. For US-based applicants, the base salary range is USD $99,000–$144,000, also with bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer success, and cloud technology. You’ll be managing the full renewal cycle while actively identifying opportunities to expand Workspace adoption within existing accounts — all while building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.   • Drive pipeline and manage the full renewal cycle for Google Workspace accounts, promoting productivity and collaboration solutions to new groups within existing customer organizations
  • Meet or exceed quarterly business and growth goals, delivering measurable results against strategic targets
  • Build scalable campaigns and referenceable customer testimonials alongside the program management team to maximize territory coverage and impact
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with customers, actively influencing their strategic direction and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop Google Workspace expansion opportunities driven by cloud-based business transformation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal to build business cases and close complex deals
