About the Role: Account Manager, LCS Pool
As an Account Manager on the LCS team, you’ll act as a strategic partner to some of the world’s leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the strategic link between Google’s advertising solutions and the marketing objectives of major clients. Your responsibilities span relationship management, campaign strategy, data analysis, and revenue growth — all working together to deliver real, measurable impact for the businesses you support.
- Lead strategic meetings with key customer stakeholders to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies
- Drive campaign results by quantifying business impact and demonstrating value to customers while maintaining account hygiene
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and achieve sales growth targets
- Analyse campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline
Requirements / Skills
Google is looking for someone who combines sales acumen with a genuine understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a fast-moving, complex organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization (preferred)
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies (preferred)
- Google Ads platform experience, including campaign management and performance advertising across search and YouTube (preferred)
- Data and analytics proficiency to drive decision making and a solid understanding of marketing measurement (preferred)
- Multitasking ability across multiple projects, sales leads, and internal stakeholders (preferred)
- Account management skills to identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities within the existing account base (preferred)
