This is a hands-on safety role where your work directly protects the people on the floor every single day — a position that combines data analysis, relationship building, and real-world safety leadership in one of the busiest logistics environments in the country.
As a WHS Specialist, you won’t just be checking boxes on a compliance list. Your work will be backed by data — you’ll translate safety metrics into actionable strategies and compelling narratives that inspire change at all levels.
Beyond the technical side, this role is very much about people and culture. You’ll build trusted relationships with frontline associates and leadership alike, coaching teams to adopt proactive safety habits and ensuring that safe practices become second nature in the building. You’ll also be expected to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends, and must be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting up to 49 lbs, standing or walking for up to 12 hours, and navigating varying temperature environments.
