Responsibilities

As Team Lead, you’ll be directing a team of consultants across multiple supply chain and channel enablement workstreams. Your day-to-day will involve a combination of team coaching, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration — all aimed at improving supply chain performance and enabling smooth program execution across Canadian Tire’s retail network.

  • Lead and coach a team of Supply Chain Consultants and Channel Enablement Consultants, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Partner with Merchandising to identify, develop, and execute supply chain cost improvements for new and existing programs
  • Drive divisional improvement initiatives by leveraging team SMEs and cross-functional partners including Capacity Planning, Transportation, and DC Operations
  • Identify and prioritize DNP improvement opportunities and lead solution development with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate Dealer MOQs are set for all SKUs, balancing logistics efficiency, store sales velocity, seasonality, and shelf capacity
  • Lead cost-benefit analyses on targeted Line Reviews and support development of the most productive assortments
  • Oversee end-to-end vendor and SKU setup, including system configuration, lead times, program participation, and order movement alignment
  • Manage execution exceptions including backorders, ASN issues, and duplicate shipments, guiding the team through resolution
  • Ensure accurate vendor lead times and setup data to support planning, forecasting, and program execution

Requirements / Skills
