About the Role: Manager, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships
At its core, this position serves as the central coordination point for strategy, planning, forecasting, measurement, and reporting across CTC’s full portfolio of Triangle loyalty partners. You’ll work closely with business leaders both inside Canadian Tire and across external partner organizations, translating data into insights and insights into decisions. Day to day, that means owning the annual and multi-year planning process, leading dashboards and reporting with the Data and Analytics teams, and developing executive-ready materials for senior internal and external audiences alike.
Beyond the numbers, this role requires strong people leadership: you’ll lead, coach, and develop two direct reports (Senior Consultants), setting priorities and building team capability. You’ll also collaborate with Corporate Development on new partner discussions, serving as the loyalty subject matter expert for value proposition design and business casing. Canadian Tire offers a competitive salary for this role, with a typical hiring range of $79,000 to $131,000 CAD annually and a target salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Responsibilities
This role carries a broad mandate spanning strategy, analytics, reporting, and leadership. The Manager, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships acts as the hub for everything from long-range planning to day-to-day operational support for the partnership teams — ensuring the portfolio performs and that results are clearly communicated to senior decision-makers at every level.
- Own the portfolio strategy for Triangle Partnerships, including annual and multi-year planning, forecasting, target setting, and the budget submission process in partnership with internal stakeholder groups
- Lead measurement and reporting of results across the partnership portfolio, working closely with Data and Analytics teams to ensure dashboards and data are delivered in usable and impactful formats
- Analyse customer and member data to derive meaningful insights that support customer engagement initiatives through partnerships
- Develop executive-ready reporting, analysis, and commentary for both internal and external (partner-facing) senior audiences
- Collaborate with Corporate Development on new partner discussions, serving as the loyalty SME for value proposition design and business casing
- Support day-to-day operations of each partnership and the Relationship Managers who lead them, including data and results analysis, target setting, and forecasting

Requirements / Skills
Canadian Tire is looking for a high-performing, results-oriented professional who combines strong financial and strategic acumen with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization. The right candidate is equally comfortable with complex financial models and presenting to C-suite audiences — and brings genuine curiosity about the retail and loyalty landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 6–8 years of experience working as part of a high-calibre team with proven success planning and producing deliverables for complex strategic initiatives
- Financial acumen and strategy experience, including building and navigating complex financial models and business cases
- Stakeholder relationship management skills, with experience managing internal and external relationships and a client service orientation
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with comfort working with customer and member data to derive insights
- People leadership experience and the ability to guide others in a cross-functional team environment (considered an asset)
- Retail and/or loyalty industry experience is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong judgement when dealing with senior audiences and sensitive or confidential projects
