You’ll work across cross-functional teams, partner with Support and Site Reliability Developers, and help shape best practices that scale across the broader Google Cloud partner ecosystem.

About the Role: Technical Account Manager II, Google Cloud Consulting

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), your mandate is to ensure customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products and services. That means leading implementation journeys, managing executive relationships, planning for major customer launches, and acting as a bridge between the customer’s business goals and Google’s technical capabilities. You’ll own the relationship and the outcomes — guiding both the strategic roadmap and the hands-on execution.

This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration — you’ll regularly work with geographically dispersed teams, channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers. Customer advocacy is central to the position: you’ll escalate issues, drive new feature development based on customer needs, and represent the customer’s voice within Google.
