Team Leader – Dollarama – Lévis, QC

Dollarama is looking for a Team Leader to join their store in Lévis, Quebec. This is a full-time, permanent position with weekly pay starting at $19.33, offering real opportunities to grow within one of Canada’s most recognized retail chains.

About the Role: Team Leader

The Team Leader at Dollarama is responsible for the smooth running of store operations during their shifts. You’ll supervise and guide store associates, ensure merchandising standards are upheld, and handle a mix of customer-facing and back-of-house duties. From managing daily shipments to conducting opening and closing procedures, no two shifts are exactly alike.

This role also involves manager-on-duty responsibilities, including monitoring breaks, time, and attendance. You’ll be expected to address customer concerns promptly, contribute to a safe and clean store environment, and support the training and performance evaluation of team members. A strong sense of accountability and solid communication skills are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader role covers a broad range of daily duties that keep the store running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for both people leadership and operational tasks, making this a well-rounded position for someone ready to take charge on the floor.

• Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance and day-to-day support
• Manage store merchandising, including shelf stocking and the boxing and unboxing of daily shipments
• Uphold customer service standards and address complaints or issues promptly
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks, including overseeing breaks, time, and attendance tracking
• Implement visual merchandising standards in line with company strategy
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on an ongoing basis
• Perform cash management as well as store opening and closing duties as required
• Participate in inventory processes and contribute to team training and performance evaluations

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in the retail industry
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in team management or supervision
