• Retail experience: minimum of two (2) years in the retail industry
• Management experience: minimum of one (1) year in a team management position
• Leadership and communication skills: ability to guide and motivate a diverse team effectively
• Time management: ability to efficiently organize priorities and manage competing demands
• Physical readiness: comfortable with ladders, up-and-down movements, and heavy lifting
• Scheduling flexibility: available to work 40–50 hours weekly, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Regional mobility: flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Legal eligibility: must be legally authorized to work in Canada
