Responsibilities

This role places you at the intersection of financial consolidation, executive reporting, and strategic analysis. Day to day, you’ll be gathering inputs from across the organization, stress-testing assumptions, and presenting findings to some of the most senior decision-makers at Canadian Tire. Requirements / Skills

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Financial consolidation experience under IFRS for multi-business-unit enterprises, including intercompany transactions and eliminations, is an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and automation; working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft, Power BI, and AI tools is an asset
  • Executive storytelling ability — experience communicating complex financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
