Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $64,000 to $106,000 CAD annually, with a typical hiring range of $64,000 to $85,000 CAD annually depending on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities

This role spans leadership, operations, analytics, and technology — making it both varied and high-impact. You’ll be accountable for the performance of your team and the health of transportation processes that keep Canadian Tire’s supply chain moving. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a regular basis:

  • Lead and develop a team across Inbound Rail Operations, Vendor Services, Business Analysis, and P44 Movement Superuser support through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Oversee day-to-day transportation operations to support the efficient movement of inbound freight while maintaining strong service for stores, vendors, carriers, and distribution centres
  • Act as the business lead for transportation visibility solutions, including P44 Movement, driving platform adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with rail providers, carriers, vendors, and technology partners to resolve issues and strengthen network performance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize transportation and vendor service processes
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership for business analysis activities including process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change management
  • Develop operational reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decisions
  • Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and resources to meet business objectives

Requirements / Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI, P44 Movement, or automation/AI tools is an asset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
