About the Role: People Greeter

As a People Greeter at Walmart Canada, your main job is to create a welcoming atmosphere the moment customers walk through the door. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by ensuring they have access to carts, baskets, and flyers, and by providing directions and answering questions in collaboration with sales associates
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by following all company policies and procedures to keep the store hazard-free
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support consistent, high-quality customer service across all shifts
