Night Associate – Walmart – Rouyn-Noranda, QC

Walmart Canada is looking for a Night Associate to join the team at their Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec location. This is a regular/permanent hourly position that plays a key role in keeping store shelves stocked and ready for customers each morning. About the Role: Night Associate

As a Night Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary focus is on the receiving and flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets, and helping process incoming stock — all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. What sets this role apart from day or evening fulfilment is the stronger emphasis on labelling and backroom bin stocking, ensuring the store is fully prepared for the next business day.

You’ll operate as part of a coordinated team, strategically planning and executing overnight duties based on workload and operational priorities. Adherence to Walmart’s safety policies and procedures is a core expectation, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring that displays and fixtures are properly secured throughout your shift.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening, including labelling and setting up displays

• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when necessary
• Label merchandise and place items in backroom bins with a strong emphasis on accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following Company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
