As part of the receiving and unloading team, you’ll be at the heart of what keeps store shelves stocked. From unloading trailers and moving pallets to the sales floor, to helping with stocking and maintaining a safe workspace, each shift contributes directly to the customer experience at one of Canada’s most recognized retailers.

About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

The day-to-day work in this position revolves around receiving and processing incoming merchandise. You’ll prepare and reset the receiving area, unload general merchandise trailers, and ensure products — including refrigerated and frozen goods — are handled in line with cold chain standards. Once unloaded, merchandise gets moved to the sales floor or placed in designated overstock areas, all in a way that supports smooth inventory management.

Beyond the physical unloading tasks, you’ll also be expected to assist with floor stocking, respond to customer needs when required, and keep your workspace safe and hazard-free. Following company safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and making sure displays and fixtures are secure are all part of the role. The ability to manage a high-volume workload — especially during overnight and off-peak shifts — is essential here.
